I've been measuring radon levels in my house for the past few months. Despite overall they are not that high, the last thing I checked was the sump. Levels are really high there and I believe I need a mitigation system.

During our most recent major storm I came home to find my basement floors were wet, the water was squishing out the seams of the laminate floor. The moisture was underneath my laminate flooring. I have suspected a leak for sometime though, but i thought the problem was the window. My basement is fully developed so I pulled apart a wall to discover a concerning foundation crack about 2' down from the top of the wall almost the entire length of the wall.

The crew was very professional, punctual and did a great job in a poor environment. We are very happy with the extra space we now have for storage. It is cleaner and warmer in our house. Doing any work in the crawl space is now enjoyable. It is less dusty.in the house and we have no mood or mil due smell.
